AI assistant — terms of use

Please read this before relying on anything the assistant tells you.

What the assistant is

The assistant is an automated tool that answers questions about a dealership's vehicles. It draws on the dealership's own listing data, the descriptions our system generates from listing photos, and — where available — manufacturer-provided documentation. Where no documentation is on file, it may answer from general publicly available information, and it will tell you when that is the case.

It can be wrong

AI systems make mistakes. Answers may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Vehicle specifications vary by model year, market, trim and optional equipment, and a feature described in general terms may not be fitted to the specific vehicle you are viewing.

Always confirm anything that matters to your decision with the dealership or your sales representative before relying on it. Nothing the assistant says is a statement of fact about a specific vehicle, an offer, a warranty, or a contractual commitment.

No advice

The assistant does not provide financial, legal, insurance or safety advice. It cannot confirm finance terms, reserve a vehicle, or complete a booking — only the dealership's team can do that.

Availability

The assistant is provided as-is and may be unavailable, limited or withdrawn at any time.

These terms cover the AI assistant only. The dealership's own terms, privacy policy and vehicle sale terms continue to apply to any purchase.
